Is it possible to connect 3 modules to the power supply 2 plus?

Post by Facciolla1984 »

i'm using the power supply 2 plus, and i just bought my third modulator, and i have no idea how to connect all the pedals,

Tech 21 samsamp gt2
Ibanes ts9
Boss dimension c
Boss TU2
MXR phase 90
Coloursound wah-wah
Strymon bigsky
Line6 dl4
Digitech whammy

does the power supply 2 plus support all of them or do I need to buy a new one?
Are the Y cables safe for the pedals?
Thanks to all for your help!

Each of the pedals (including the Whammy but only if it's the Whammy 5, which uses DC power) could be powered from the Pedal Power 2 Plus DC outputs (also, Current Doubler Adapters, part# PPAP would be needed) BUT all pedals can NOT be powered simultaneously.

To power them all simultaneously you would need a supply with more high current capacity, such as any one of these: Pedal Power 4 x 4, Pedal Power Mondo, Pedal Power 3, Pedal Power 3 Plus. Also, with one of these supplies, additional current doubler adapters would not be necessary.

Hope this helps!
