Would I be able to power a Fulltone deja vibe (90's - 2000's Version ) with 110 VAC via the auxiliary outlet?

The AC courtesy outlet brings "wall" (mains) power to your pedalboard.

So, if it's pedal that you could power from the "wall"... it's perfectly fine to instead power it from the AC courtesy outlet.
