I have 3 current doublers en-route from you to me in the UK and I'm looking forward to their arrival
This is where it gets tricky...
I own a PP2+, and I'm looking to add either an Iso-5 or a second PP2+. Having three supplies isn't really an option at this point.
I have ready, or on the way, a few pedals which are a bit... Juice hungry. They require (ALL reverse polarity, I have 3 white ended PPREV cables and 5 more on the way from you so thats no problem!)...
200mA
200mA
240mA
300mA
300mA
So I could just tap 1+2, 3+4 for the 200mA pedals, but what about the others? If I wasn't tied to using the same amperage outputs I could use 5+7 & 6+8 for the 300mA ones, and use an output on the second supply for the 240mA pedal (Either 5&6 if I went with another PP2+, or the high current output on the ISO-5).
What I'm asking is...
Why is it suggested that you only use two outputs with the same rating? If I used two outputs of different ratings would I risk doing any damage to the pedals?
Also if I'm powering a 300mA 9V pedal using outputs 5&6, should the dipswitches remain in the normal position? I've seen you mention them being away from normal before, but perhaps they were 12V pedals anyway.
Thank you for you time. Love the pedal powers
Edit: Or should I just wait for the Digital? That'd solve my problems alright... Will I be able to by the UK 230v version directly from you in the future? Cause that'd be superb!
