Anyone have a System Mix + for sale?

Hail Mary if anyone has an SM+ they’d be willing to sell? Please PM me.

A couple units I’ve seen on Reverb/eBay are either very expensive or banged up.

Thanks!

Re: Finally adding a GCX....Gulp....

John,
Thanks so much, really appreciate your response. I had figured the mixer would be needed so I’ll just get a Y cable for stereo.

Thanks for the tip on the I/O settings, will dig in and see if I am missing something.

Last question, given the beautiful SM+ is long discontinued any experience with other line mixers that are close to the quality of that unit?

Thanks again John, hope you are safe and well.

Re: Finally adding a GCX....Gulp....

Thanks for the reply, really appreciate it! I have heard the FX Loop on the Triaxsis isn't the best but may play with it both ways and see what works.

For my clarity in option B you are saying something like this:

Loop 1 send/return pedal 1
Loop 2 send/return pedal 2
Loop 3 Triaxsis Out A => GCX Loop 3 Return
Loop 4 GCX Send to G-Force Mono in (L)
Loop 4 G-Force L out to Loop 4 Return, Loop 4 Send to 2:100 L input
Loop 5 G-force R out to Loop 5 Return, Loop 5 Send to 2:100 R input

-Or- more of an A/B set-up where one loop includes G-Force and the other excludes it? I guess my confusion is where I am running the sends to the 2:100 from...

By volume control I assume you mean using the G-Force in/out levels?

I was running tri and G in serial (Tri => Stereo in G-Force => Stereo Out to 2:100 but G:force was always clipping.... felt like the Tri signal gave it fits at even modest volumes.

Thanks for the help and apologies if I am screwing this up; new to the GCX and it feels like I am overcomplicating this.....

Re: Finally adding a GCX....Gulp....

Am I asking a bad question or missing detail? Happy to provide more detail if helpful. The GCX should be here in a few days so any help is greatly appreciated. @JohnClark I tried to DM but message is stuck in Outbox?

Thanks!

Finally adding a GCX....Gulp....

After studying manual, this site and several web postings I see some close but not exact matches to what I would like to accomplish.

Goal is for GCX set up with two pedals in front of Triaxsis (that is simple) => Triaxsis => G-Force (in parallel) with stereo out to 2:One-Hundred.

I feel like the Triaxsis into the G-Force causes a lot of clipping thus the need to run in parallel. Do you just assign separate loops to Triaxsis and G-Force then activate?

Running everything via Midi w/GCP.

Thanks much for any help/feedback. Happy New Year!

Finally adding a GCX....Gulp....

Hey all, long time lurker first time poster. Finally adding a GCX to my rack (have been using GCP for years) and hoping I have this sorted right.

From reading the manuals and this site please keep me pointed in the correct direction.

Equipment:
Triaxsis
G-Force
Korg Tuner
2:One-Hundred
2 pedals I will route into Loops 1 & 2 but want them to work w/G-Force.

Midi: GCP => GCX => Triaxsis => G-Force (does midi in or thru make a difference?)

Desired end state is stereo effects into the 2:100 but with the G-Force in parallel to the Triaxis. Is this possible?

Sorry if this has been covered but I see a lot of mono configurations but not too much in stereo. The Triaxsis also pushes the G-Force to clip very easily which is what I am trying to solve for as well and the GCX seems to be the right choice for that and great flexibility in presets w/pedals added to the mix.

Any pointers to a thread that covers this or directly is appreciated.

Also, off-topic but anyone have thoughts on a good patch cable for the loops? Looks like 6" Hosa's would work well, seems to be a quality and affordable option.

Thanks!

Ed
