Hi there,

I have a Ground Control Pro, where two instant access buttons are sticking and not always turning on or off when I press down on them. The two button are in position 2 & 3 on the bottom row. I believe it is not the actual button but mechanism that the button is pressing down on where the problem is, the component that is soldered on the motherboard itself.

Does VooDoo Lab, provide replacement parts? I searched online and cannot find any. I have also emailed the company but not getting any replies. I am really in need of assistance here as I live in Canada and need my midi board to be functioning properly.

I am new to this forum and to Voodoo Lab's as I just purchased a Ground Control Pro and a GCX Rack.
So basically I'm a novice when it comes to configuration and connections using midi etc... I am pretty much looking for the best configuration where I can change my presets on my preamp and fx processor but also control a couple of pedals... My current gear includes the follow:

Line 6 G90 Wireless
Preamp - Marshall JMP-1
FX Processor - T.C. G Major 2
Ibanez Tube Screamer
ISP Decimator pedal
Dunlop Wah Pedal

Using the Ground Control Pro in addition with the GCX how can I configure a setup where I would be able to freely change preamp & fx units channels have the Tube Screamer and ISP Noise Gate turn on for high gain presets and be off for clean presets and also freely turn on and off FX's within a preset ... OH and also when I use the WAH at any time have volume boost.

Is this possible?

Please be gentle, I am a novice when it comes to setup but not when it comes to actually playing guitar.
