sparkle drive problem

My sparkle drive is messing up. I plug it in and it bypasses fine but when i turn it on all i get is a static sound.... any help will help.

How are you powering the Sparkle Drive? Do you get the same behavior when connecting your guitar directly to the Sparkle Drive and the Sparkle Drive directly to your amp? If you repeatedly press the bypass switch does the signal return to normal?

i am powering it by a 1spot. and no matter how its plugged in (thru pedals or straight to amp) it still just sends the same static. and i have tired using it several times bc it one of my favorite pedals but it never works... btw thanks for getting back to me so quickly

Do you see the same behavior when powering it with a battery?

right now i am away from my pedal at the moment but the i checked to see if the 1 spot plug in was the problem but it worked with all my other pedals.... so im guessing its the SD.. i sent an email over there last night just waitin for a reply
