Amp Selector failure....

Post by shai-ann » Sat Sep 04, 2010 6:39 pm

Channel 3 on my Amp Selector has failed- for ages it had a very scratchy distorted noise coming from it when the volume pot was adjusted- now it just gives a horrific squeal when activated- ( it's not a ground loop issue or similar as I've tested different options, and it always comes back to this output..outputs 1, 2 and 4 are fine tho'... I'm in New Zealand, and the unit is now maybe 3 years old?? (bought new direct from the US) Is this out of warranty now, and where can I send it to for repair here in NZ?? Thanks, Dave

Because you purchased this from a US dealer rather than a local one, you will likely have to send it in to us for any repair. Give us a call or send an email to info@voodoolab.com to further discuss your options.
