PP2 stopped working - burning smell?

Post by Gracefulswan » Sun Apr 09, 2017 1:13 pm

Today when using it at home on my pedal board it stopped working. Shortly after there was a burning plastic odour that was noticeable from it.

The unit now no longer powers on or works at all.

Is this a known issue? Fairly disappointing I have to say- I was under the impression these units are rock solid.

Wow! That certainly isn't the norm for these!

Please give us a call or write to info@voodoolab.com so we can arrange for an inspection on this unit.

By the way, what pedals are you powering?

Hmm nothing there that is weird... is this a new Pedal Power unit or did you get it second hand?

Bought brand new from Jimi's Music Store in Dublin, Ireland approximately 15 months ago.
