Hi there
Does anyone of you guys know how that works?? I heard about NIN using one modified gcx with 2 GC. one gc for the musician and one for the tech to switch.
i don´t know if that´s true, but if that´s possible via mod that would be great!
I just want to build new racks for one band i´m working for...

If both units are v1.13, in the Setup Mode under MIDI, there is a Link setting for this scenario. When using two Ground Control Pro units, the first one will be set as Master and the second one will be set as Slave. Changes made on the Master will show up on the Slave, but not the other way around.
The MIDI path would be: Master Ground Control Pro MIDI Out to Slave Ground Control Pro MIDI In. Slave Ground Control Pro MIDI Out to GCX Pedal In.
The Master Ground Control Pro will need a power source since the Phantom Power from the GCX will not continue through the Slave Ground Control Pro.
I hope that helps!
