I've been using the front outlet to power my EHX Bass Microsyth, but the addition of the Mark Bass Compressore had me search for other options. I found a thread that says "The Micro Synth can be powered from any two of outputs 1-4 on a Pedal Power 2+ switched away from Normal using our EH24 cable." viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1197
Which cable is that?
Then can the Compressore be power from the main outlet? says (700mA minimum)

The EH24 is a voltage doubling cable, and can be found here... http://www.voodoolab.com/shop/index.php?cPath=22_24_32 ...the one in the middle, with the single Red end is the EH24 cable.

The Mark Bass Compressore cannot be properly powered by the front outputs on a Pedal Power 2+, but you can power it from the Courtesy Outlet using the supplied adapter.

The cable arrived today, but isn't working.
The red end is loose in the pedal. Almost like it's the wrong size. Is that the problem?

Are you sure you have the 24V version of the Bass Micro Synth?

CRud! That's the problem. It's the 9V, but it says 'not to daisy chain'. I thought I had tried wiring it regularly in the past and it didn't work. Or someone told me not to. I guess I'll try that.

The 9V Bass Micro Synth should be able to be powered from output 5 or 6 on a Pedal Power 2+ with the coresponding DIP switch set to Normal using one of the all black barrel cables.
