I have three pedal that have two switches per pedal. I really like the the pedal switcher, controller and amp switcher
but want to understand if I would have to replace pedals to use it. Thank you for your help.

What are the pedals in question?
Without a way to remotely trigger their switchable functions then it is likely that the switchers will not necessarily help you.
