I want to purchase a pedal switcher, but need to make sure I can use it with my midi footboard. Is it possible to send program changes to the pedal switcher? Anyone using it with the all-access?

The Pedal Switcher does not respond to Program Change messages.
The Pedal Switcher can be made to respond to Control Change messages 80-83 on MIDI channel 16 if it is first sent this hexadecimal SysEx string:
F0 00 00 07 01 08 10 F7
