I have read on the forum that Nova pedals can be powered from a 9V output on a PP2+ without problem. I need to use outputs 5&6 for an Eventide Timefactor, so I have to use the other outputs for the Nova pedal. Since outputs 1-4 are 100mA, I was going to use a current doubler cable on out puts 3&4 to get the correct current. I just want to check that this is the way I should power the Nova Mod. No. Unfortunately, powering with a current doubler from two standard 9VDC outputs (for 200mA max) will not be sufficient as the Nova Mod requires closer to 300mA.
