I am building my first rack with the following components:
Furman pl plus dmc
Samson synth 7 (x2)
Korg dtr-2000
Crybaby rackmount
Digitech gsp1101
Dbx 166a compressor
Lexicon mx200
Rocktron hush super c
Voodoo lab gcx
Furman pl plus c

All are housed inside a calzone ata 20u rack

Im having trouble getting everything connected (wired) so i get the desired results. Id like to be able to use my rack with all my amps (Marshall JCM 2000 DSL, Marshall JCM 900 SL-X, and Laney AOR Pro Tube Lead) to get clean tones the dsl is easy with the channel switch but the other 2 heads dont provide much of a clean option. Is there a way to wirethem in using the GCX to bypass the preamp of the amp for clean tones and use the gsp1101 for those sounds as well as any programmed distortion tones i may want. All 3 amps have effects loops, Ive tried everything i thought would work to no avail i hope someone on this board can help.
Thanks
Kevin

So you want sound coming from all three cabinets at all times?

You certainly can use the FX Loop jacks of each head to effectively switch between the preamp sections, but in this setup it will likely start to eat up a lot of loops.

What is the signal path you are already running and what is the GCX already being used for?

Ideally i will only be using one amp at a time thats why im wanting to isolate the preamp and use the gsp1101 to provide clean and preamp gain tones when needed because 2 of my amps have no real clean channels. Im using the gsx to loop in my rack effects at the moment and have 4 loops open for use. I almost had it working but couldnt get any gain from the gsp and i have a constant hum when i have the rack hooked into the amp no matter what i try
