here we go...
I'm trying to use my Ground Control to change channels on my Mesa triple rectifier and change presets on my Eventide Pitchfactor simultaneously. For this a got an RJM Mini Amp Gizmo. The channels on the Mesa change just fine, but I can't seem to get the Pitchfactor to change properly. I know this is due to me doing something wrong. I just don't know what that is.

What is the MIDI cable routing in this setup?

Are you getting any response from the PitchFactor when you recall Ground Control Pro presets?

Do you know if you are controlling the Mini Amp Gizmo using MIDI Program Change messages or have you set it to act as if it were a GCX switcher?

I'm going from the GCP into the Gizmo, then out to the Pitchfactor. when I step on the buttons, they do switch. I just want them to switch to a preset I choose.
I'm not sure how the gizmo is set. It does change the channels on the Mesa, so I'm halfway there!

Well good that it is responding, you're more than half way there!

Look to the Assigning MIDI Program Changes section of the Ground Control Pro manual under Edit Preset to see how to set which patch comes up on the PitchFactor for any Ground Control Pro preset.

If this upsets the settings for the Mini Amp Gizmo then you will also want to look to the Device Name/Channel section of the Ground Control Pro manual under Setup Mode to see how to assign each of your devices to use a unique MIDI Channel.

Let us know if you get stuck!
