hiya, i really need some help please!

I have a diezel vh4 amp, a line 6 m9 in the fx loop and a ground control pro.

i am trying to figure out if the below configuation is possible -

i have a midi cable running from the GCP (midi out) to the VH4 (midi in) and then a second midi cable running from the VH4 (midi thru) to the M9 (midi in)

i would like to be able to have buttons 1 - 4 on the GCP to switch ONLY the amp channels, 1,2,3,4.

i would then like to have buttons 5 - 12 to act as a "virtual" pedal board switching ONLY the presets on the M9. in other words i would like to "split" the buttons on the GCP so that the first row (1-4) ONLY controls the amp switching and then the second and third rows (5-12) control ONLY the m9 preset switching.

i hope that makes sense! is this possible? thanks!! :)

If you set the Ground Control Pro up in 10 presets per bank, you should be able to set the presets to control only one device at a time. This will require that you recall scenes from the M9 rather than individual effects.

I hope that helps!
