Hello .

i live in the united Arab emirates/ Dubai, and there is no one here that can help me with hooking up my gear .

i have and Roland jc-120
Fender cyber twin
Mesa triaxis
Marshall jvm

how can i switch between amps , is it possible ? and of so can i connect the cyber twin and JC-120 to play simultaneously together for clean tone , and jvm + triaxis together for distortion , like A/B , how can this happen ?

If you connect your guitar to the Guitar In on the front panel of the GCX you can then use the rear panel Guitar Out and Feedthru jacks to split the signal four ways using two Y cables. The four splits would then connect to the In jack of four different GCX Loops. The Send jacks of these GCX Loops would then connect to the instrument inputs of your amplifiers. A quick example of this method is shown in the GCX manual in the Combining Multiple Amps section under Audio Loops. This will allow you to play through any single amp or any combination of amps at any time.

One thing to note is that anytime you are connecting more than one amplifier in a rig there is potential for ground loop buzz. You may need to add isolation transformers before the inputs of some of the amps in order to eliminate any ground loop buzz.

I hope that helps!
