I have a real quick question concerning some of my effect pedals that have one input and 2 outputs such as a Boss Flanger, MXR Chorus and a MXR 10 Band EQ. Briefly my guitar input initially goes into a Radial ABY (just utilizing since I had prior to GCX's) then out into the 1st GCX and 2nd GCX. Basically I'm using the 1st GCX for the MKV and the 2nd GCX for the Lonestar. Example for the 1st loop of GCX 1 is used to A/B the MKV amp and the 2nd loop has the MKV effect loop send in and effect return out of loop 8. I want to utilize these loops 2-8 for the MXR EQ, MXR Chorus and Boss Flanger and other future effect pedals for the remaining loops. The 2nd GCX is setup identically to the 1st GCX with loop 1 to A/B the Lonestar amp and loops 2-8 use the Lonestar effect send/return loop.

Since my effect pedals only have one input I either have to use the MKV guitar signal or the Lonestar guitar signal based on how I have this setup currently. Is there a way I can connect these pedals within the GCX system so that I have my guitar signal prior to the amps and still utilize the GCX loops and utilize the stereo function in the effect pedals?

My ultimate goal is to have a clean signal for the Lonestar and the overdrive of the MKV and be able to add in the modulation effects to both amps at the same time. I hope this makes sense and if so any suggestions would be appreciated very much!!!

Because these pedals have only mono inputs, there isn't really a way to have a full stereo setup. At best, you can have only the last active effect in the chain be stereo.
