Just got the PP2+ and the GPB-BAK-1 Gator Case.

http://gatorcases.com/p/16108-2194/gpb-bak-1

The problem is that the AC output of the PP2+ does not line up with the hole in the back of the Gator Case. This puts a tiny bit of strain on the cord.

What's a good material/item/object/whatever to use to put between the bottom of the pedal board and the top of the PP2+ so that I can lower it to where the AC output aligns with the hole in the case?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hmmm... not too sure what to say here. How does the power supply mount in the first place? A picture of your actual board with the power supply mounted might help us more to see what is happening.

Check the link that I put in my previous post. There is a video on the upper right of the screen. Fast forward to about 56 seconds and you can see how it attached. I'll post a pic anyways when I get a chance. Thanks for replying man!

The video shows the power supply mounted so the IEC input is pointed toward the front of the pedalboard... there is no hole to align to, it is just in open space.

I just got the same set up brother. If you flip the bracket upside down it lines up perfectly. You'll need to attach the voodoo to your upside down bracket via 2 sturdy zip ties.

An alternative (if you have room on your board) would be to have a custom interface box made with your Guitar Ins/Outs & Power. Even if you didn't want the guitar in/outs and only power to save a little space that is completely do-able.

If you don't have space for an interface box, something like this may even suffice - Image

Either way, I highly suggest going with something like this as it provides for locking connections & saves the jacks on your equipment from wear and tear of plugging in and out night after night of gigging.
