Aarrg! Can anyone with electrical/pedal knowledge please advise! My little bass player brain literally hurts from trying to figure this out..

I'm trying to insert an A/B (A/B/Y..?) switch into my pedal chain in such a way that I can set up a drone with my freeze pedal pushing the chorus and octave pedals (toward the end of the chain), then solo over that using my envelope filter and/or other pedals (beginning of the chain) without going through the chorus and octave again.. with all of it coming through my one bas amp with one input jack.

Any ideas???

Not really sure how you would do this without a mixer to bring the two signals together.
Alternatively, can you run the Freeze after all the effects? Play thru the chorus and octave pedals and capture the "loop" on the Freeze, then play over it using whatever effects you want?
