If anything these would connect to either the GCX or a Pedal Switcher. However, given that you must put your foot on these to use them, and that the Clyde is true-bypass anyway, I would simply connect the guitar signal directly to these pedals then off to wherever it would otherwise go.
*Of course, this depends on exactly where you want these pedals routed in your signal path.
The ports on the Ground Control Pro are for passive volume or expression pedals. These ports are used only to convert the pedal movement into a MIDI signal to control parameters on a capable MIDI device.
