hi,
i bought my sparkle drive around 20 days ago in the US. I am now in in India but somehow it does not work and the LED does not show.
Can anyone tell what could be the problem. I've not used it at all and its not working

How are you powering the Sparkle Drive? Try a fresh battery or 9VDC power supply with a Center Negative 2.1mm x 5.5mm Barrel connector. Do you have a mono instrument cable connected to the pedal's Input jack?

i am using a bbe supa charger to power it.
it powers the other pedals but not this one.
no i've not connected the mono cable to input.

Like many manufacturers, our pedals use the Input jack to connect power to the internal pedal circuit. What this does is saves the battery life by completely disconnected power from the circuit when no cables are plugged into the pedal.
This will also disconnect the power from your Made in China, out of date Pedal Power copy.

For testing, please feel free to connect your guitar to the Input jack on the Sparkle Drive, and connect the Output of the Sparkle Drive to your amp.
