I just bought two pedalswitchers and wish to connect them together. Would I be connecting the "IN" of second pedalswitcher & "Out" of the first pedal switcher to do that?

The Output of Pedal Switcher #1 would run to either the non buffered input labeled "Input" or to the buffered input labeled "Buffer" on Pedal Switcher #2. If you are using the buffered input on Pedal Switcher #1 then you will likely not need to use the buffered input on Pedal Switcher #2. I hope that helps.
