Does any one know if you can control how each loop behaves with the Pedal Switcher?

I need A/B operation for the first 3 loops but require the last loop to be added into the signal rather than bypassed - so a switch per loop would save the day.

When we fly, I can only take one pedal board so the Pedal Switcher + Commander is not going to fit.

Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
