is it possible to use the back outlet in the pedal power 2 to power an OCD with an 18VDC 150mA adaptor?

That will work fine. You can also use a Y-cable which combines two 9V outputs in series to get 18V. We have a cable to do this, or you can make your own.

I'm confused. My OCD power jack says "9VDC to 18VDC" but I keep seeing it discussed here with 18V connections. Can't I just plug it into the standard 9V port on my Pedal Power 2+?

Thanks,

Yes, it works fine at 9V. Some people prefer it at 18V.
