Powering Hamstead Tremolo

Post by Buttonsville » Wed Jan 17, 2018 3:09 pm

Anyone know the best way to power a Hamstead Soundworks Tremolo pedal with a pedal power 2 plus?
The tremolo requires 300ma 9/18 v
I've got a current doubler cable but not sure about the switches
Thanks

You shouldn't need the doubler cable for this. The Signature Analogue Tremolo can be powered directly from output 5 or 6. It should also be fine with the DIP switch set either way.

This pedal pulls a higher current at startup, but settles down to pulling about 180mA. The startup spike shouldn't be a problem for these outputs.

I hope that helps!
