Pedal Power 2 - 220V unit -> using in USA (URGENT!)

Post by thomflash » Thu Oct 29, 2009 12:18 pm

Hi,

I know that you cannot use a US unit in Europe, but can I use a European 220V Unit in the US without a voltage convertor? Will I destroy the unit?

thanx for any info,

It will not destroy the unit, it just wont work. You will need a step-up transformer to bring the mains voltage up to 220V or you will need a US model.

thanx a lot for the info.
Fortunately someone from the studio got his hands on a voltage convertor, so I'm up and running again ;-)
