Original Pedal Power question - DIP switch functionality???

Post by hipfan » Sun Aug 16, 2009 7:33 am

Greetings. Can anyone tell me what the DIP switches do on the original (circa 1999) Voodoo Lab Pedal Power? I looked on the VL site, but couldn't find the manual for the original issue.

I'm cleaning up my bass player's pedal board, and he uses one of these original units. It has 8 DIP switches like my 2+ version, but I'm betting the functionality is a bit different. One direction says "ON," while the other direction is blank.

Thanks!

On the original Pedal Power all the outputs are the same. The DIP switch set to ON is the 9v setting, and OFF is the 12v setting.

John - Thanks very much for the clarification. Just so I'm 100% clear, it's the reverse of the 2 and the 2+, where "on" is the special feature operation and "off" is the normal 9V operation?

Thanks again. -- Tony

Exactly, it is reversed from the way the Pedal Power 2 and Pedal Power 2+ work.
