Strymon Timeline and Bluesky using PP2+?

Post by TheAlchemist » Wed Oct 17, 2012 1:15 am

I'm sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere; I couldn't find any info on my specific question.

I have a Strymon Timeline and Bluesky that I would like to power without using any wallwarts. I read in another thread (HERE) that the Timeline draws less than 250mA, and the Bluesky is rated at 250mA. Would it be a bad idea to run both of these off of outputs 5 and 6 on my Pedal Power 2+? I know that either one of these pedals would be fine by itself off one of those outputs, but I have read elsewhere that outputs 5 and 6 must not exceed 500mA on the PP2+. According to the above stated info, that should be fine though, right?

Is anyone else doing this currently, or does anyone know whether or not this would be a problem? Thanks!

It shouldn't be a problem to run both of these pedals at once. Just be sure to keep the DIP switches for outputs 5 and 6 in the Normal position.

Good Luck!
