Hi there,

I am about to pull the trigger on a Voodoo Lab PP+.

My pedals are mounted in a rack shelf and switched using the GCX and GCP.

The following pedals are currently powered with a Cioks Schizophrenic and I get some hum:

TC Hall of Fame Reverb
TC Flashback Delay
Boss DD3 Delay

These three are in the FX Loop of my amp, only the Flashback and the DD3 get switched with the GCX

Boss SD-1
Boss CE-2
Boss OC-3
MXR style DIY Phaser
Boss TR-2 Tremolo
Orange Squeeze Compressor

These are all in front of the amp. I know that the Cioks is slightly overwhelmed by all the currente needed, so I want to switch to the PP+. Will the PP+ deliever enough juice to get all this running? The PP+ supports 8 outs, I need 9. So can I use two pedals in parallel on one out?

How should this be setup: Chorus and Tremolo sharing a common line? SD-1 and OC-3?

Any help highly appreciated!

Thanks,

Dote

Sorry to answer my own question:

I bought a PP2+ and it worked like a charm.

TC HoF andf Flashback are powered from 5&6, DD3, SD-1, CE-2, Phaser, Tremolo all have a seperate out, only OC-2 and Compressor do share an outlet.

SD-1 and CE-2 do need the higher voltage (ACA) thus I put them on 1&2 and set the miniswitches on the PP2+ the other side of "normal" = "non-normal" ;)

I am very impressed by the quality of the PP2+ and must say that all things Voodoo Lab are top notch. I used to own a VL Tremolo and that was great as well.
