The Voodoo Lab tech states that a TC Electronic Nova Delay can be powered by output 5-6 of a Pedal Power 2 Plus by flipping the bottom switch away from "Normal".

How is this possible if the pedal requires 300mA (400mA to power up), and outputs 5-6 only provide 250mA?

Thanks.

The answer is that the Nova Delay does not in fact require 300mA.

Also our limits are not absolute... meaning we can provide more current for a short amount of time to cover the startup spikes common to digital pedals.

We have been running a Nova Delay from the Pedal Power 2+ for about 3 years now... it works! Plug it in, and play it already! ;)
