Re: outlet in the pedal power 2 to power an OCD with 18VDC 1

Thanks,

Yes, it works fine at 9V. Some people prefer it at 18V.

Control Switcher is now shipping. A small herd of them were seen stampeding from the building this afternoon! Thanks to all who have been patiently (and some not so patiently) waiting. Re: GCX Supply

Hello, I live in France and I would like to order my GCX in USA as the price is far lower... The problem is that in this case, the GCX power supply will be 110V and I need a 220V version for france... Is there an easy way to modify it (Maybe an inside switch or so...) Thank you for your help, Alex ...

Re: PX-4 and PX-8 anticipated release date or thereabouts

I'm assuming from the silence that these have been a long time in pre-production with no release date in sight? I'd just like to know so I know which way to go. There is no scheduled release date on PX-8 yet. As with all things Voodoo Lab, when it is perfect, we'll produce them. Thanks. Regards, Jo...

Re: Will I be able to power my rig with the following...

OK...here's what I've found. TC Electronics Nova Drive w/ISO-5 12v/300ma tap Compared to the 400ma adapter that comes with the unit, there is a noticeable loss in headroom. Not enough for it to sound horrible by any means, but you lose some of the bite when you lean into single notes and some of th...

Re: Attn: Ground Control Pro Users/Josh & John Clark

Hey, just posting a bump for my post. It's been over a week and no replies. Surely there are ground control pro users here who would like to have 12 presets per bank, no? Josh or John, please weigh in on this if you don't mind. Thanks, Ray Mitchell Hi Ray, We have included 10 presets/bank since 199...

Re: Pedal Power failure

Thanks Josh for the quick reply. Unfortunately I can't check the date on the bottom, I put a velco strip on years ago when I added it to my pedal board. The etching on the PCB is 1997, P/N PP-003-01. This is the original Pedal Power 1. As for why I think I have a failed bridge rectifier, I have AC ...

Re: Pedal Power failure

I know this is an old post, but I just registered and thought I would reply. I've also got an older Pedal Power, and have lost a few of the outputs. I decided to open it up recently and found three bridge rectifiers have failed, these are the W005M's that are just above the 470uf caps. I've picked ...
