Re: Splitter cable issue

The trouble that the lead with the white stripe does not work is fairly common but (usually) it is merely a result of how the output splitter is designed (and not a malfunction). Since, the lead with the white stripe has its ground lifted, the device powered from this lead must get its electrical gr...

Re: Pedal power X4 and Line6 DL4?

The DL4 normally powers with 9VAC power but DC power can also be used. However, when DC is used 12VDC is required... thus, X4 cannot be used to power the DL4.

Cheers!

Re: missing pedal power X4 adapter

The Pedal Power X4 12VDC power adapter may be purchased separately, and directly from Voodoo Lab, price: $24.00 + shipping. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process any orders as our factory is closed (due to compliance with coronavirus public protocol). If the X4 Expander Kit is newly p...

Re: Xx4 expander - need power supply adapter with AC wall plug

It's a 12VDC power adapter specifically for use with Pedal Power X4.

That said... if you've got another power adapter that is 12VDC and center negative, you could give it a try. And, if it works, great use it (or until you can get the "official" adapter).

Hope this helps!

Re: VOODOO LAB PEDAL POWER 2 PROBLEM WIT ELECTRO HARMONIX PEDALS

The outputs on a Pedal Power supply do not have any such "minimum current threshold". The issue likely has to do with the Small Stone Nano pedal's ground connection (or lack thereof). More specifically, when being powered from its own isolated output, it may not be establishing a connection to groun...

Re: Right voltage output for EHX Hum Debugger

As Hum Debugger requires AC power, it cannot be power from the Pedal Power DC outputs.

However, you can power it from the AC courtesy outlet with its adapter/wall-wart.

Re: Akai Head Rush

Although it's working, it may be under-performing too (due to its needing higher current).

To power the Akai Head Rush Delay with Pedal Power 2 Plus, use output 5 or 6, DIP switch in the 9V (normal) setting.

Cheers!

Re: Daisy chain vs. dedicated connection

To power the Digitech Drop with Pedal Power 2 Plus, use output 5 or 6, DIP switch in the 9V (normal) setting with one of the all black (standard polarity) cables supplied. The rest can power from any 9VDC output, each. Daisy-chaining is indeed a common way to introduce noise into the signal but as t...

Re: Incorrect current plugged into a 2+

If the pedal is working properly powered from 5 or 6 as discussed, there should be no need for concern. And, you can power pedals on/off as desired. Typically, that means leaving all your pedals connected to the power supply and simply plugging-in/unplugging the power supply itself but it's also fin...
