Re: EHX Tri Parallel Mixer AC/DC Adaptor

To power the Tri-Parallel mixer with Pedal Power 2 use any 9VDC output with one of the all black (standard polarity) cables supplied.

Note... the actual current draw of Tri-Parallel mixer is about 45mA.

Cheers!

Re: Pedal Power 2 Plus and DigiTech Freqout

An acoustic hum as such does not indicate any malfunction and is nothing to be concerned about, unless... it is loud enough that you consider it to be an issue. If so, we are glad to inspect/repair it and to make arrangements, please send an email to: info@voodoolab.com.

Re: Digitech RP1000

No. Due to its requiring upwards of 1000mA, the Digitech RP 1000 cannot be powered from the Pedal Power 2 Plus DC outputs. However, you can power it from the AC courtesy outlet with its adapter/wall-wart . Note, powered as such, it would perform the same as simply "plugging it into the wall". And th...

Re: Blown Pedals

Yes, certainly and in general too... using too high a voltage (and/or the wrong polarity) can cause damage.

Thanks for the heads-up!

Re: Pedal Power AC and Boss GX-700

Yes, discontinued. The Boss GX-700 manual specifies 14VAC and 800mA is required. Would the 12VAC 1200mA capacity output suffice?... Maybe. As 12VAC is a lower voltage (and only modestly so), my guess is you could try it with very little risk of any damage. If you try it, let us know how it goes, tha...

Re: Power Requirments for Empress Reverb

I've confirmed, it is fine to power with Pedal Power 2 as suggested: To power the Empress Reverb with the older Pedal Power 2 (not 2 Plus) use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP outputs 5 and 6, DIP switches set away from normal and one of the all black (standard polarity) cables supplied. Cheers!
