Re: Godlyke TWA Little Dipper (9vDC 500mA)

Thanks John! That's exactly what I was thinking. So the pedal doesn't actually draw 500mA or is this just what the supplied AC adapter is capable of? Combining ports 5 & 6 in high draw mode would get me 9vDC 480mA (more or less)?

Godlyke TWA Little Dipper (9vDC 500mA)

Is anyone successfully running a TWA Little Dipper off a PP2+ (or any other Voodoo Lab power supply)? The manual states 9vDC at 500mA and that you can only use the supplied adapter, BUT you can use a "heavy-duty" 9v battery at full charge. I'm going off info I found in this article: http://www.premi...

Al
The one spot will do 1700mA max, but it's only 9vDC. No 12vDC.

Re: Total load, I'm puzzled

Not sure if it makes any difference, but I live in Europe and power grid here is 220-240 VAC, 50 Hz. Here are the units that I'm powering each with its own psu at present: • 1x Line6 DM4 (Distortion Modeller) 9vDC 300mA • 2x Line6 DL4 (Delay Modeller) 2 x 9vDC 300mA • 1x Line6 MM4 (Modulation Model...

Re: Pedal mounting

Hello, i have a voodoo labs ground control pro, a super overdrive and a jimi hendrix wah..... just wondering how i would go about mounting them on the pedalboard. thanks If you want some serious beefiness, check out 3M Dual Lock - it's like Velcro on steroids. The wah might need a mounting plate if...

Re: Anybody ever use Lava solderless cable?

So guys, if you want to make your own soldered cables and right angle ends, what brand should you go with? Also if you want to make custom cables to go to the switching loops and back? Suggestions? If space is tight, I go with the pancake style flat plugs (Hosa, Switchcraft, GHS, etc). If space is ...

Re: Anybody ever use Lava solderless cable?

Nothing beats a properly soldered connection, but I highly recommend the Lava Cable solderless plugs with the miniELC cable. I use them on my PT Mini builds and can easily say 1. the cable is small and very flexible so its perfect for routing tight spots, and 2. the right angle solder-free plug is v...

One that I'm thinking of is Radial's ToneBone series pedals (15v 400mA).
