Re: pedal switcher & commander questions

I forgot to add....when the upgrade to the Eventide pedals occurs, many of the pedals will be removed (Tremolo, Reverb, Chorus, etc.) to make room on the board. I don't think this customer will need the amp switching and amp channel switching OR use rack mounted amps, effects units. He really wants ...

pedal switcher & commander questions

I'm putting together a board for a customer. It's a PedalTrain PT-Pro (32" x 16") using two PP2+ power supplies, with the following signal chain: - T1M Mini-A/B switch (2 in, 1 out) - Vox Wah - T1M Mini-Buffer - Boss TU-2 (in volume pedal tuner out) - Boss NS-2 (loop: Fulltone OCD v4, Fulltone GT-50...

Re: That big red box I keep seeing...

No problem! They are very popular for recording bass but you can run keys, guitars, even vocals throgh them.

Re: That big red box I keep seeing...

That would be the REDDI tube DI box, made by A Designs.

One of the warmest tube DI boxes for recording / live applications. Killer piece of gear.

Re: Sennheiser wireless & ISO-5 question

Thanks for the input John! I checked the back panel and it shows a center positive, tip negative diagram, so I need to use the black 2.1mm barrel to red 2.5mm barrel cable, correct?

Thanks!

Sennheiser wireless & ISO-5 question

Can I power a Sennheiser EW100 G2 with the 12vDC 300mA port on the ISO-5? The manual says the EK 100 G2 receiver requires 12vDC and approx. 200mA. The back panel of the receiver reads: 10.5 - 16v / 300mA

Thanks in advance,
Xavier

Re: PedalTrain + PP2+ + AC Adaptor?

My question being: Is there room for the whammy's AC adaptor when the powersupply is mounted to one of those boards? Excellent choice of power supply! You can't really plug in wall warts directly into the courtesy outlet of the PP2+ when it's mounted with brackets on a PedalTrain. You'll have to ge...

Re: Pedal mounting

I use the "industrial" Velcro. Once it goes on the board it doesn't come off without using a pie server or a CD slid under the pedal to remove it (and even then, it takes some work to get it to come off). You can buy it in small squares or in 30 ft rolls. 8-) I use the "industrial" Velcro for my Pe...

Re: Empress DElay and Line6 MM4 on output 5& 6??

I believe so, but Mr. Clark should be able to confirm for sure. Both outputs would be switched away from NORMAL.
