If 120mA is only required then the normal outputs 1-4 should be fine. Most current specification are over spec'd i.e. dont actually use that much current. try it out!

I have both a VL PP2 Plus and two VL Pedal Switchers. Based on this thread I should be able to plug one Pedal Switcher into #5 and the other Pedal Switcher into #6 on the PP2 Plus ... right? Which power cable should I use for each Pedal Switcher to power it from the PP2 Plus? Does the PP2 Plus come...

Yes this will be possible using GCX/S.
Its probably best if you take a look at the rig example setups first http://voodoolab.com/gcx.htm and try your hand at doing one of the schematics yourself. It really helps to document things on paper
